Transaction fees

For all online payments received using your MoneyCollect account payment gateway, funds are transferred into your account on a weekly rolling basis.
Credit and debit cards
A transaction fee and a fixed fee will be charged when accepting credit or debit card payments. Pricing is the same across all card networks.

Are there monthly fees or setup fees ?
MoneyCollect has no monthly fees, setup fees, or any hidden fees.
How much will a dispute cost?
When a dispute/chargeback occurs, the payment amount and a separate dispute processing fee of US$20 (or equal) will be deducted from your account balance.
How much does 3D Secure authentication cost?
The 3D Secure authentication fee is already included in your payment processing fee.
What is the reserve percentage?
10% of the payment amount will be held in reserve to ensure that funds are on hand in the event of refunds or disputes. The reserved funds will be released in 120 days.
